UI/UX Designer.

A recipient collecting a parcel in seconds, a courier dropping dozens of parcels without a mistake, an operations team watching hundreds of units on one screen: it all starts with design. In this role you will shape the product experience from the locker screens to the PicksyOS dashboard.

02WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Design recipient and courier flows for the lockers’ touch screens
  • Create information architecture, flows and screens for the PicksyOS dashboard
  • Observe users in the field, run usability tests and turn findings into design
  • Grow and maintain the Delivery One design system in Figma
  • Work closely with engineers so the design ships as intended
03WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 3+ years in digital product design and a strong portfolio
  • Advanced Figma skills; experience building components and design systems
  • Experience with user research and usability testing
  • Command of accessibility principles
  • Able to build interactive prototypes
04NICE TO HAVE
  • Designed kiosk, touch-screen or physical product interfaces
  • Designed data-heavy B2B dashboards
  • Motion design or basic HTML/CSS
