Products
The Picksy family consists of five products that work together on one management platform:
- Picksy Lite: A modular smart parcel locker for up to 200 parcels a day.
- Picksy Pro: A robotic station that transfers parcels and batteries with unmanned aerial and ground vehicles and stores up to 500 parcels in 5.4 m².
- Picksy Wall: A robotic delivery station for stores and lobbies that scales up to 4,500 compartments and releases a parcel in 12 seconds on average.
- Picksy Street: An autonomous sidewalk robot that carries parcels from the station to the door.
- Picksy Air: An autonomous delivery drone that carries up to 30 kg over 16 km.
The right product depends on your daily parcel volume, your space and your delivery model. As a general guide:
- Picksy Lite: A modular solution for up to 200 parcels a day, indoors or outdoors.
- Picksy Wall: High-volume pickup in a store, shopping centre or office lobby.
- Picksy Pro: High storage density outdoors, with delivery by autonomous vehicles.
- Picksy Street and Picksy Air: Autonomous transport from the station to the door or between stations.
Share your daily volume and site, and we will define the right configuration with you.
All products connect to the same management platform, with Picksy Pro at the centre of the network. Picksy Air and Picksy Street pick up and drop off parcels at Picksy Pro automatically, and Picksy Pro also swaps the drones’ batteries. Picksy Lite and Picksy Wall complete the network as the points where recipients collect their parcels. Each product can also operate on its own.
Delivery and use
When a parcel arrives at the station, the recipient receives a notification with a pickup code. They enter the code on the screen or scan the QR code. On Picksy Pro and Picksy Wall the robotic system brings the parcel to the hatch within seconds; on Picksy Lite the compartment opens. Returns follow the same flow in reverse.
Yes. Orders placed on Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11 and Yurtiçi Kargo can be delivered to Picksy points. When your parcel arrives, you receive your pickup code and can collect the parcel at any time of day.
Parcels are stored in locked compartments or in the station’s enclosed robotic storage and are released only with the correct pickup code. Stations are monitored by cameras and sensors, and every transaction is logged. Picksy Street’s cargo compartment also stays locked throughout the journey.
Picksy Air is rated IP55 and flies in winds of up to 12 m/s and temperatures from −20 °C to 45 °C. Picksy Street operates in rain and light snow, from −10 °C to 40 °C. Both vehicles operate under remote operator supervision and within the applicable regulations.
Installation and service
We handle the full process: site survey, planning, installation and commissioning.
- Picksy Lite: A flat surface and a power connection are enough; installation is usually completed within a day.
- Picksy Wall: Built into a wall or room of your store and sized to the space, from 4 to 16 metres wide.
- Picksy Pro: Has a 5.4 m² footprint and a height of 3.1 m; it needs a prepared base, a power connection and, for Picksy Air operation, a clear landing zone on its roof.
Once the site is ready, Picksy Pro and Picksy Wall installations typically take two to four weeks.
Every unit is monitored remotely around the clock. Most issues are detected and resolved remotely; if an on-site visit is needed, our field service team arrives within the response time set in your service agreement. Thanks to the modular design, parts can be replaced on site. Service, maintenance and remote monitoring are included in the monthly service agreement.
Commercial terms and integration
You can buy or lease the hardware; service, maintenance, remote monitoring and software updates are covered by a monthly service fee. Because capacity and configuration vary from site to site, every Picksy product is priced per project. Request a quote with your daily parcel volume, and we will prepare a proposal covering hardware, installation and service.
Yes. All stations are managed through our platform, which offers an open API for parcel drop-off, pickup codes, notifications and reporting. We set up the integration with your courier management or order system together, so that recipients receive their codes from the brand they know. Our deployment with Yurtiçi Kargo works this way.
Delivery One
Enterprise AI is Delivery One’s second business line: private AI systems installed on servers in your facility that run fully offline. No data leaves your building, and the models are trained on your documents, processes and terminology. We work with automotive, energy and defence organisations where connectivity is restricted or data cannot be shared with cloud providers. Factory digitalisation projects are delivered by the same team.
Fill in the form on the Careers page with your CV and, if you like, a link to your work; if no listed role fits, you can send an open application. We review every application and reply within two weeks. The process consists of an introductory call, a technical interview with the team and a day at our Ankara workshop to meet the people you would work with.
Let’s talk.
Tell us about your site and daily parcel volume. We prepare a quote covering hardware, installation and service.
