02WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build search and question-answering (RAG) systems over internal documents with open-source large language models
- Fine-tune models on customer data, evaluate and version them
- Optimise models to run efficiently on constrained hardware (quantisation, batching)
- Develop computer vision models for production line and warehouse imagery
- Take part in installation, integration and commissioning at customer sites
03WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning or AI
- Advanced Python and PyTorch
- Shipped a production system with large language models, embeddings and vector databases
- Discipline in model evaluation and experiment tracking
- Experience with Linux, Docker and GPU servers
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering or a related field
04NICE TO HAVE
- Model serving with vLLM, TensorRT or ONNX Runtime
- Turkish natural language processing
- Computer vision projects such as object detection or segmentation
